These terms apply when you visit Airankscan, request a workspace, or use a scan. By using the service, you agree to them.
Effective July 17, 2026
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Airankscan for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization and permission to submit the information and websites you ask us to analyze.
Airankscan helps teams assess how ready a brand's public web evidence is for AI-assisted discovery and recommendations. A scan can review public sources, model likely buyer questions, compare category evidence, calculate readiness signals, and suggest prioritized improvements.
Managed workspaces begin after Airankscan confirms the brand, market, scope, and program fit. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or availability for a particular start date.
The standard scan combines observed public-source evidence with modeled buyer prompts and rules-based readiness scoring. It is not a census of every answer a user may receive. Unless a report clearly labels a direct engine observation, Airankscan has not directly queried Google AI Overviews or AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or every version of ChatGPT for that report.
AI outputs and public web results can be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or wrong. Sources, models, indexes, locations, personalization, and prompts change. Review material decisions against the linked evidence and your own business knowledge. Our methodology page explains each evidence layer in more detail.
Airankscan does not guarantee a ranking, citation, mention, recommendation, traffic increase, lead, revenue result, or approval by any AI or search provider. Reports are informational and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Airankscan uses the OpenAI API to analyze scan details and conduct public web research. Hosting, email delivery, and other service providers may also support the product. Their services can change or become unavailable, and their own terms and data practices apply to their processing. See the Privacy Policy for the information shared in these workflows.
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support Airankscan and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Airankscan's software, design, branding, report structure, and original content belong to Airankscan or its licensors. During an active, authorized relationship, you may use reports for your internal business and approved client work. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service, remove ownership notices, or use Airankscan branding in a way that implies an endorsement we have not given.
Public-source material remains subject to the rights and terms of its original owners. A citation in a report does not transfer ownership of that material.
A workspace request is free and does not create a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan, the price, billing schedule, included usage, renewal, and cancellation terms shown in your order or onboarding confirmation will apply. Published pricing can change before you accept an order, but a change will not alter an already accepted order unless its terms allow it.
We work to keep Airankscan available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any accepted order terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Airankscan is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Airankscan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as Airankscan changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
